Service Description

Students will attend LIVE online classes with an experienced instructor to complete Algebra 1 skills aligned with Common Core standards. The syllabus is planned to be completed in 16 weeks, with twice a week classes of 1.5 hours each. Who is eligible to attend? Students in middle/ high school, who have completed Pre-Algebra at school or self-study can get started with Algebra 1. For Students: In Grades 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 (starting Fall 2023-2024) Duration: 16 weeks (32 classes of 1.5 hours each, 48 hours) Start Date and End Date: Sep 5, 2023 to Jan 11, 2024 Class Timings - Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5 pm PST to 6.30 pm PST/ 7 pm CST to 8.30 pm CST/ 8 pm EST to 9.30 pm EST No classes during 4th of July week Topics Covered: 1. Solving Linear Equations 2. Solving Linear Inequalities 3. Graphing Linear Functions 4. Writing Linear Functions 5. Solving Systems of Linear Equations 6. Exponential Functions and Sequences ***Zoom class invites will be emailed to the registered students a few days before the first day of the class***
