We appreciate your willingness to volunteer your time as a judge or event volunteer for the STEM Challenge (Science and Engineering Fair) and STEM4ALL Math Contest

Below are the minimum qualifications to serve as a judge in STEM Challenge:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a STEM-related field (science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or education).

• Relevant professional experience, academic background, or ongoing work in a STEM discipline.

• Ability to fairly evaluate student projects and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback in a respectful manner.

• Strong communication skills to engage with students across grade levels.

• Commitment to maintaining objectivity, inclusivity, and adherence to judging guidelines.

• You may not judge the project of your own child or any student with whom you have a personal relationship.
