About the event
The objective of this annual STEM challenge is to inspire youth to apply Math, Science, Engineering, and Technology to create and showcase their projects to solve real-world world problems.
This year, we are inviting students in Grades 3 to 12 to
Create a science or engineering project based on a personal passion for improving the community
Choose to attend in person or virtually. We highly recommend local students to attend in person.
Submit project details - video, abstract, poster for judging before deadlines (refer website for details)
Trifold board display presentation and interviews at the event.
Virtual registrations will be judged based on video, abstract, and poster. There will be no live interviews.
Awards and Recognition:
There are separate awards for Elementary (Grades 3-5), Middle school (Grades 6-8), and High school (Grades 9-12) categories.
SDG awards will be announced for projects aligned with 17 sustainable development goals of the United Nations.
Sponsored awards presented by corporate and local businesses
Virtual Award Ceremony date, time, and link will be posted on May 18th
Award certificates will be sent to the email address provided during registration
Participation certificates will be provided to all students attending in-person on May 17th!
