Service Description
This course prepares students with AP Chemistry skills aligned to US Common Core curriculum standards. Students must have completed Chemistry or Chemistry Honors course before joining this class. For Students: Grades 9, 10,11,12 (starting Fall 2023) Schedule: July 10 to July 27(Mon to Thu 4.30 pm PT to 6.00 pm PT/7.30 pm ET to 9.00 pm ET) Topics Covered: 1. Atoms, Molecules, and Ions 2. Chemical Reactions and Reaction Stoichiometry 3. Reactions in Aqueous Solution 4. Thermochemistry 5. Electronic Structure of Atoms 6. Periodic Properties of the Elements 7. Basic Concepts of Chemical Bonding 8. Molecular Geometry and Bonding Theories 9. Gases and The Gas laws 10. Liquids and Intermolecular Forces 11. Solids and Modern Materials 12.
